After an initial hiccup wherr I was given a key to my room, only to find that it was still being cleaned when I got there, the rest of my stay was lovely. A very charming hotel with lots of character and close to all that Strasbourg has to offer. Nice little touches of Nespresso coffee and juice and water in the room. Very quiet overlooking the courtyard. And the most comfortable bed and pillow of the trip so far. Greaat shower too

The breakfast was one of the best breakfast that I ever got in France. A big choice of high quality sweet, vegetable (Beetroot). Cocktails in the breakfast could be better. They offered also a nice coffee from an Italy machine. Maybe if you could add avocado and egg fresh made then you will reach the best breakfast in Europe. Thanks a lot I really enjoyed the food breakfast. The room was also nice and great location. I will definitely come back to you.

Beautiful hotel in lobby area, patio, etc. but it falls apart when you get to room 005. Paid extra for a Deluxe room and while there was a little extra room the location was horrible (first floor street level with window to sidewalk and street, I guess the deluxe part is more floor space. The shower is odd as drain in middle (where you stand, usually closing the drain) and to turn on water it’s quite the reach with a surprise of the rainfall shower coldly flowing in your head. Air system only worked on high fan and temp was ambient with no other option, so quite warm. Also, if I’d have booked day of the price/night was $60 less, why?

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer sehr modern und ruhig. Ich muss einen Stern abziehen, da heute sehr viel los war und beim frühstück das Personal etwas überfordert gewirkt hat. Außerdem finde ich bei einem Frühstück das als hervorragend angepriesen wird erwarte ich, dass es auch immer wieder aufgefüllt wird und nicht wie wir heute erlebt haben , dass keine Brötchen mehr da waren sowie Käse. Schade bei einem Frühstück wofür wir 30€ bezahlt haben

Sehr schönes Stadthotel in zentraler Lage. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute Frühstück und die tolle Bar. Freundliches Personal. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Würden wir in jedem Fall wieder buchen.

First and foremost, the team at reception and at breakfast. Sebastian, who has only been at his job for one week exemplifies the service of a 5 star hotel. There was a mis communication regarding when breakfast ended (10am on Wednesday's). We showed up at 10:15 am and was told we missed the breakfast slotted time. However, Sebastian made an exception and made sure we had everything we wanted for breakfast! This really made us exceptionally grateful because we chose Hotel LEONOR based on the review of how fantastic their breakfast is. THANK YOU Sebastian for being flexible and thinking of the customer.

As always a great stay. Its a nice and very Clean Hotel. Unfortunately my Gold Expedia Status never gave me a free Upgrade. Other than that I can highly recommend this Hotel.
