“Fabulous!”

“This was a very spacious, clean appartment in a great neighborhood with stores and deli nearby. The host did not leave the wifi username and password in the appartment, so when we contacted her she provided several passwards which did not work, so we did not get internet access until the second day when I called her. She should post this info on the refridgerator or in a guest book as most hosts do. There was one large TV in the living room but it did not work (which we did not discover until……

“I stayed three nights in October. The Likes: Close to the subway. It is a "walkable" distance for me to the subway, but one could also take a bus that stops almost in front of the house. The key was left for me in a locker, which I could open with a code. The place has a private shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and bedroom. It looked clean and well-maintained. There is no street noise as the suite is at the back of the house. The dislikes: As the stock pictures show, it is an old……

“The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean - even better than the photos in the listing. Sofia was great - very helpful in the run up and throughout our stay. A welcome selection of tea, coffee, milk, juice and wine were provided. A few restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Travel into Boston was an easy drive to the train/subway which then went straight to the city centre via Harvard. We'd highly recommend the apartment.”

“I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning……

“This location was perfect to visit my daughter that lives nearby. The accommodations were perfect and the owners were awesome, answering all my questions immediately. It has easy access to major roads and I hope return.”

“We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spaciousness of the skyrise. We loved the variety of great locally owned restaurants and shops in the neighborhood ((just head up Harvard and Washington streets). Note: Boylston is on a very busy street, and there is a lot of light coming in through the white mini blinds from buildings surrounding this one. So earplugs and a sleep mask are recommended if you have sensitivity to street noise or light.”

“The apartment was perfect in every way-clean, large, with a large TV (we did not use it but would have used it during a longer stay), well stocked kitchen, very nicely decorated, lots of amenities. I appreciated the apples! Street parking was easy. Lucas was a great communicator and very welcoming in all of his communications. Super responsive, too ”
