“I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning……

“The rental was exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and uncluttered. Kitchen had full facilities. Loved the plants! The location was perfect for catching the trains/busses. We were a little hesitant when we got off the highway, thinking we had perhaps put the wrong address in as it did not immediately seem like there were apartments, but drive past the train station and there it was. I would definitely rent this place again.”

“Property was very nice... everything new and freshly renovated with some nice guest-oriented touches...very quiet and private lot, but the bathroom and bed situation not ideal for a large crowd of mixed ages and sexes. Only one bathroom upstairs with so many people staying upstairs not the best layout and there were not any top sheets on the beds...only bottom sheets. Not great as some people do not want a bedspread near their face if it doesn't get washed after every stay.”

“This was a very spacious, clean appartment in a great neighborhood with stores and deli nearby. The host did not leave the wifi username and password in the appartment, so when we contacted her she provided several passwards which did not work, so we did not get internet access until the second day when I called her. She should post this info on the refridgerator or in a guest book as most hosts do. There was one large TV in the living room but it did not work (which we did not discover until……

“I stayed three nights in October. The Likes: Close to the subway. It is a "walkable" distance for me to the subway, but one could also take a bus that stops almost in front of the house. The key was left for me in a locker, which I could open with a code. The place has a private shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and bedroom. It looked clean and well-maintained. There is no street noise as the suite is at the back of the house. The dislikes: As the stock pictures show, it is an old……

“Easy peasy family pleaser. We met from 3 distant cities. We walked to field for game. We dined in with door dash and Trader Joe’s after. Felt sorry for those fighting the crowds in Harvard Square. Note that parking was tricky and that construction workers start hammering at 7:00 a.m. very punctual…and polite. ”
