“The condo is beautiful inside and has any amenity you would need. The beds are comfortable and the showers are amazing! The condo complex itself is a bit run down but it seemed to be safe and is convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Linda was so accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!”

It is ideally located downtown steps from amazing cafes, restaurants and The Museum of Civil Rights where the first Woolworth sit ins took place, The property would be even more highly rated if: 1. We did not have to politely request homeless people to move so that we could enter the unit. 2. The bathroom bath at and rug were clean (in both bathrooms) 3. We had known that parking was a bit of a walk from the unit in either a parking garage or a lot a block……

“I was in town to watch my son compete in the Jr. Olympics. The apartment is located very close to North Carolina A&T, which was perfect for us. It is also located within walking distance of several restaurants. The street had lots of traffic because it is located in a very busy section of downtown. Fortunately, I am a city girl, so I enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city, which includes lots of noise. If you require quiet, this is probably not the place for you. “It took us 10 minutes to find the front door. I had to call the owner twice. It was in the back of the apartment complex facing the woods. The light over the doorway was out and it was too dark to see the entrance to the apartment. We walked in and walked out immediately in tears. We ended up in a hotel. There is NO furniture in the living room or dining area. I do not mean limited furniture, I mean NO furniture and no TV. The picture of the fireplace that is used in the advertisement....that is……
