“This was a great place to stay. It was clean and had really nice finishes and decor. It was stocked with all the essentials you may have forgotten. It was comfortable and felt really homey. We had a mix-up with other reservations and when we requested an extra day, the host responded quickly and worked with us so we could stay an extra day. We would definitely stay again. ”

“Our stay was great. Myself and a few co workers stayed here while working in the area. The property made our say much more enjoyable than a standard hotel. We plan to return on the next phase of our project.”

“Everything was handled beautifully from beginning to end. We were in room 5, upstairs and it felt like we had a lovely studio apartment all to ourselves. The room was laid out beautifully and the soft colors of the room were very relaxing. Very quiet spot, even though it's less than a block from the highway. Beautiful neighborhood to walk through. We particularly enjoyed spending some time in Bidwell Park. Our only regret was only having one night there. We are already looking at our schedule……

“Property was not clean when we showed up. Floors were dirty and beds left not made and unclean. House is very outdated. Heaters hardly worked. Heater in the living room we had to turn the thermostat to max for it to turn on and the one in the main bedroom seemed to not work at all. We had to wash the bedsheets before using. Luckily they did have a washer and dryer out back but the dryer also didnt seem to work properly. ”

“This house suited our needs perfectly during our niece’s wedding weekend. It was comfortable, spacious, and easy to find. The drive into Chico was easy. Jenny was accommodating and we didn’t have a single issue. ”

“Small problems, baggage stand was broken, deck between houses uneven. Dangerous for elderly. There was a crack in window of downstairs bedroom. But we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. ”

“This was our second time staying in this house. Our group loves to come here! Everyone has space to spread out, but the general areas are big enough for all of us to come together too. The beautiful hot tub area was a nice addition. We enjoyed hiking and being centrally located between several towns.”

“Very clean well-kept home. Host was very responsive to any concerns we had. Definitely would stay there again.”

“The place is clean and the hosts are great. It was fine for us but the only bathroom is between the two front bedrooms. If you’re in the back room and you have to pee at night you have to go into someone else’s room. It wasn’t a problem for us but depending on who you’re staying with it could be awkward. We had a great stay and they let our kids who live in Chico come for a pool day which was so great!”
