“Pros: Central location to restaurants & stores, easy to find in the dark, close to UGA, overall nice house, cozy front porch, nicely decorated, ease of parking, availability of appliances & supplies (coffee pods, soap, etc), nice neighborhood, outdoor trash can Cons: mattresses were very, very uncomfortable (all 3 of us had sore backs the next mornings), extremely loud, (across the street was a frat house & we were behind what appeared to be fraternity & sorority row), didn't feel it was 100%……
