Easy access to bus station to airport which is why I booked it.

I booked for 3 people, expecting a sofa bed as the extra bed. There wasn't a sofa bed & the sofa wasn't large enough to be slept on. We asked reception and was told that's it no extra sheets, towels or blankets. The apartment was tired and the window wouldn't shut, there wasn't an iron but one was provided when we asked. The surrounding area is not nice and it felt unsafe. Communication was lacking, I had to email a number of times without a response. During check in I was unable to access the building, luckily someone was entering and let me in. Once we had checked in we were provided a fob for entering the building. Parking was good! U get what U pay for....

The property is easy to get to and has good public transport nearby. There’s also a taxi rank at the hospital across the road. The apartment is lovely. They had put out plenty of coffee sachets, teabags and sugar. They’d even put a little container of milk in the fridge. I arrived late at night so was really grateful for that. There were also some toiletries and tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. The bed was really comfortable. The apartment is very secure. Before my stay I did find it very difficult to get a response from the accommodation. I was arriving late at night and knew that there would be no-one there at that time to let me in. I had to message several times before I got a response which caused me some anxiety. I also had some queries about payment that never got answered. Overall I would recommend the apartments. We had a fabulous long weekend stay at this property. The ladies on reception were friendly and helpful and our unit was spotless with great view over the river. The common areas and pool/spa/gym in the unit block were always clean and even saw the pool area being cleaned on a Sunday morning. Great location to convention centre (5 min walk ) and dining options. Wish we had stayed longer but will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lancemore! Perfect location in the heart of china towb, so easy to walk everywhere in the CBD. Room very nice and beds comfortable, clean and lovely staff. Highly recommend. Just a note, mag ve difficult in wheelchairs to enter the hotel, stair access and cherry picker next to stairs for those who can’t use stairs but a bit small not sure if bigger wheelchairs would fit.
