You'll be granted access to the resort's outdoor heated pool, sauna, and hot tub! After a fun-filled day on the slopes, enjoy the comfortable, recently updated mattress.

The Steamboat Ski Resort offers nearly 3,000 acres of skiable terrain, several gondolas that will take you up to your favorite slopes that range from beginner to expert level, and endless summer and winter activities for all tastes and levels. The nearby Yampa River Core Trail offers a seven-and-a-half-mile trail that connects downtown Steamboat Springs to Bear River Park; it's paved, which is ideal for hikers and bikers alike. It also offers prime access to the Yampa River Botanic Park (three and a half miles away) and the Yampa River, where anglers will have a blast. Visit downtown Steamboat, only four miles away, where dining options are in every corner! Winona's, Johnny B Good's Diner, Back Door Grill, and Salt & Lime are some of the many options you can find there.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
