I like the proximity to GSU and price. Staff is friendly. Our room is mediocre. No pictures on the walls, floor is coming up and black mold in bathroom. Exterior side door does not close and pool has been under construction for 2 years I've been coming here.

The beds were clean but overall the room needed a deep clean. The carpet was very old and probably contributed to the musty smell. The elevator did not smell good. The breakfast was limited but the coffee was very good. Staff were helpful and very nice.

For my family, which thinks of a hotel room as just a place to rest out heads for a few hours a night, it was good for us. We usually spend most of our days of vacation exploring. A bit dated for most but the sheets and towels were clean, and the customer service was phenomenal. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

The staff was absolutely wonderful—Delightful, helpful, and understanding. The property is not well-kept or clean. Is as though they have good intentions but no money to follow through on basic housekeeping and upkeep. Our room was smelly and muggy. The location is great for GSU football games.

We arrived late at night (11:50PM), staff was an elderly woman who was nice. Room was hot, we were not able to get the AC on to cool - it stayed 74-75 degrees all night. While breakfast was a bonus the pancake machine was down and the staff was delayed fixing it.

Stay was comfortable. People were great and friendly! Breakfast was ok. I couldn’t find the time for breakfast and missed it. Were some stains and damage with hotel, but was clean.
