“Had a great time around the fire pit (and hot tub) with old friends and family every night. Several couples, two teenage children, and two dogs (10+2🐶). “This is the second time we stayed at this property and we hope to stay again. The home is clean, comfortable, and roomy. It has a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds. “The home is beautiful, so spacious and very clean. We had 5 children aged three and under in our party, and the amenities for small children (changing tables, gates on the stairs, outlet covers, indoor and outdoor toys) were SO appreciated. We loved how secluded the property was, having space for the kids to roam and shout and play, but we also had pretty easy proximity to North Conway and Storyland for activities. Highly recommend staying here!”

“My friends and I spent the night in the Canopy Tree House for my friends birthday. There were 3 of us- one from Canada, one from California, and one from England! We were looking for a place with a hot tub to relax and enjoy ourselves. This was the perfect place. So unique and fun. It looked as though much of the home was taken from the surrounding property. “This is a quiet and well kept property. Plenty of room to find a quiet space to relax by the river. A private dock to launch a kayak, swim or tube. The view was great . All amenities for outdoor activities were setup like Volleyball and badminton. Also a nice fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Get your own wood . Tiki torches were set up but you have to bring your own fuel also. We brought our own kayak. The kitchen was equipped with all pans and utensils to cook and a great big grill……
