「There was really little to recommend this property. There was an appalling smell in the bathroom (presumably from the drains) which permeated into the lounge area. The area wasn't very nice. It was up two flights of stairs which wasn't easy for me to cope with. There was an issue on check-in as the email that was sent an hour before did not correspond to the actions required for the parking space and we had to ring up about it. Someone else parked in our designated space on our final night...

「Spotless and equipped with all you need. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Hosts welcoming. Loved the pool. The photos don’t do justice to the property 」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Primrose Hall, when we arrived the owners had left a warm loaf of bread, eggs, juice etc. the place was spotless and we can not think of anything that wasn't just perfect. The village of Empingham is so pretty and our hound loved going to nearby Rutland water. We would without hesitation stay here again. Thank you both so much. 」

「Outstanding! One of the best equipped places I’ve stayed in. Located right in the centre with easy access to restaurants and shops. It’s a few minutes walk from Tesco and car parks are a few minutes walk away. House has no parking but it’s free between 6pm to 8pm and the first hour is free between those hours. House is lovely and over three stories and I will definitely use it again. 」

「Location good as we came to go to a family party in Castor. Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. So, provision of equipment was not adequate for the party size booked. There was no check-in information provided. A code for the key safe was e-mailed and sent via text at 1pm of day of arrival, but we had no notice that this was to be the process and we had to chase...
