“The room advertised was not what I got, there were no windows the room was musky and very dark. Totally not what I expected I did not stay at this place. I am requesting a full refund for my inconvenience Please advise”

“Front desk staff were wonderful. Upon arrival, there was only a limited piece of toilet paper on the roll. Morning, Called front desk to get some . Took 3 hours to get it from housekeeping. At the dinning room, Asked for a muffin and banana bread, was put in a bag. The cashier walked away without a word, had us waiting and return without a word or apology. Very awkward moment. Again, front desk staff, 2 young ladies were excellent. Great ambassadors. ”
