Crosswinds Villa Gorgeous Views & Breezes, Pool

Step through the door and enter this lush property with stunning views of Hans Lollick and the British islands. This stunning villa sleeps 8 in it's three bedrooms and sleeper sofa. The large pool and deck is where you'll spend most of your time enjoying the Caribbean breeze and views!

**Please note that there are steps from the front entry door at the road to the villa due to its cliffside location**

Step through the door and enter this lush property with stunning views of Hans Lollick and the British islands. Walk down the steps to first reach a private cottage with King bed, en-suite bathroom with outdoor shower, small kitchenette and a private balcony. Continue down more steps to enter the main villa. The bright blue seas will enchant you from the very beginning in this charming seaside villa set atop a bluff at the ocean's edge.

The villa is well laid out with a pleasing bi-level floor plan and air-conditioning throughout. With 1750 interior square feet and 750 exterior square feet, you'll have plenty of room to gain privacy when desired. On the main entry level you'll find the living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a bedroom with a Queen bed, en-suite bathroom and deck. The french doors open to a staircase down to Crosswinds' sunny cliffside pool and deck. Adjoining the pool deck is the spacious air-conditioned primary bedroom with a bed and en-suite bathroom and alfresco shower. This bedroom also boasts it's own balcony overlooking the soothing waves breaking in the cove below.

With the sounds of whispering waves and cooling tradewinds gently sweeping by, this very well-equipped villa provides a wonderful spot on St. Thomas's north side for a relaxing vacation. The tranquil gardens feature an abundance of colorful flora, plus fruit trees (orange, lemon, lime, and avocado), Traveler Palm, and a Ficus privacy hedge. By day, see sunrise swirls of color, watch sailboats make their way on the shimmering sea, and by night, stargaze and dance by the light of the moon - delightful!

We could not have had a better experience with this house!
We were all taken back by the views this place has to offer....rocky beaches below the house, beautiful view of other islands, boats going past the house, pelicans flying by, iguanas on the rocks, palm trees, and the sound of waves hitting the rocks all night long! The layout of the house offers room to stretch out and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with all tools we needed during our stay. There are two gas grills on the patios. The grills had extra propane tanks. They really thought of everything we might need during our stay. The location of the house allowed us to easily bounce from beach to beach. Megans beach is the closest beach to the house, but all are accessible. Red Hook is also easy to get to if you want to take a ferry to St John. You will definitely need a vehicle when staying at this house. We would suggest renting a Jeep, as the island roads can get rough. There are a lot of stairs to get from the road to this house. This is not a place for someone who has mobility issues. The house is behind a gated entry, which gave us a feeling of security. There is a gate by the parking area at the top of the stairs as well. We felt 100% safe at all times. The house has a generator which kicks on automatically when there is a power outage. We only experienced one outage while we were there. The pool and hot tub were excellent! We would absolutely rent this place again!

The property is beautiful There a lot of steps The only suggestion would be to add more hooks in the shower on the 3rd floor. We did not know the showers for the rooms on the 3rd and bottom floor were outdoor. It did take a bit if adjusting only because it was not mentioned on the description of the house. We only got in the pool once as there too many mosquitos. We spent most of our time on the beach. It it’s located on top of a mountain with beautiful views.

Exceptional stay!!
Our stay was exceptional, especially during a storm that knocked out power on parts of the islands. The generator we didn’t know was there until we needed it turned on immediately and ran everything! Such a terrific surprise. The privacy and cozy feel of Crosswinds was excellent, the pool was our favorite way to spend the hot and humid Carribean days!

This property is even more beautiful in person than the pictures can portray. It was a perfect layout for three couples. The views are breathtaking, and we really enjoyed hearing the waves crashing on the rocks at night, equipped with any item imaginable that you would need on an island vacation. It does have a lot of steps, so it would not be a good choice for somebody with ambulation difficulties I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty

Living in paradise
We were a family of 7, with 5 kids. This place was even better than it looked online. Well designed house that accommodated our large family and allowed for some space/privacy from each other. The views were spectacular - you truly feel like you’re in paradise. House had everything you’d need to cook and relax. Management was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to make memories 💕
This is an amazing property! We have so many memories that we will treasure for years to come. The view is just breathtaking! Waling up to ocean everyday. Seven minutes from Meagan’s Bay and Coki beach is not too far. The Northern Grind is a 5 minute drive for breakfast. Brooks Bar is a great place to pick up local food. Downtown is just over the hill. The house has everything you need and you can be one with nature. The pool is great. Crosswinds definitely is windy( which is great ) and we did not have to use the ac except at night. We loved our stay and Lisa was wonderful. Wish we could have stayed another week!

Amazing house and breathtaking views
Everything about the villa and all the views it had to offer was absolutely amazing! From the moment you park your car and enter the blue door to enter the staircase down to the property you know you are in paradise. This was our first time to the USVI but we already can’t wait to go back! I’ve told family they need to join us next time and we need to schedule it when this villa is available again. It was that amazing!

Paradise!
This is our second time to visit the island, and we brought along the kids and my parents this time. We absolutely loved this house, it is perfect for a family traveling with parents or friends as they can have their own private space in the cottage that’s not far from the main house. The house was really well stocked, and any questions or issues we had were handled immediately. The view is phenomenal, the pool was a great bonus, and you really feel secluded up here. Highly recommend this rental! It’s heavenly.

My family was a group of 10 and had a wonderful time at Crosswinds Villa. The views are amazing! We had 2 small kids who played in the pool daily so I do wish the pool was cleaned more often but maybe that’s something that can be requested? We didn’t ask. Note: you will need lots of bug spray! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Definitely be prepared to get bitten by mosquitos. However, it’s worth it for the view and location. You wake up to an ocean view and then pack up the beach chairs to ride down to one of the most beautiful beaches (Magens).

Beautiful views for a fit group
We had an amazing time at the Crosswinds Villa. Lisa was very communicative and helped the cabdrivers navigate to the Villa for our stay. One word of warning, there are a lot of stairs which may be challenging for some people. Otherwise we had an amazing time and loved the private pool. After just a few days it felt like home. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic views and a comfortable place to stay. Pool should have been cleaner and the fridge in the smaller house did not work, but these were the only small annoyances in an overall wonderful stay. Would stay here again! Thanks!
