“Initial check in experience was not unfriendly, but certainly not welcoming. Later, when we had an issue with our TV, the staff member on duty responded quickly and effectively. The property is lovely, both in the lobby and outside. The pool and outside patio area are both very nice. Our room, although small, is comfortable and very clean.,”
