perfect beach house for a group

The beach was about a 3 minute walk away. The dining tables and areas are big enough for any group. I will absolutely tell my friends about this house and probably return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, location, location- this place is in a great location for a family. It’s spacious for a large group. The HVAC system works well though be aware that their is are two systems each individually controlled. The TVs and internet are great and work well. The place is broom swept clean. If you are ok with a relaxed beach place...this is perfect. If you up for a an impeccably clean place, then perhaps this is not for you.Cockroaches... we killed 1 each on four consecutive nights. If you like to eat out and just use the place for breakfast and a sandwich at lunch, it will work, but if you like to cook meals then it is more challenging.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With a great location a short walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the pier, this property was a great fit for our family of 8. The beach entry is so easy and close, and wagons are easy from there too. We went back and forth multiple times a day and walked miles on the beach with lots of room. Bedrooms are on both floors, with plenty of room for spreading out. The description matched our expectations, with a fully-equipped and updated kitchen in which we cooked tasty local seafood. It was very clean with really comfortable living space and new beds, easy to park and enough hot water. The owners responded so quickly with any questions. Sitting on the porch is quiet morning and night. We walked, ran and biked all through the neighborhood, and to shopping, yoga, pickleball, tennis and restaurants. We loved music bingo night, going to the pier and watching the sunset from different spots. We played golf on the island and at Jekyll. The library close by has a story time for little ones and a playground and public pool (in summer) across the street. We will definitely come again and recommend it for sure!
