Newly renovated and modernized classic 1950’s studio apartment just a short walk across the street to the pristine sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Indian Rocks Beach is laid-back beach vibe, calm surf, and lack of high-rise hotels making it the #1 couples getaway beach in Florida. Stroll the tranquil, tropical neighborhood with an abundance of restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

Perfect beach rental
Reminiscent of “old Florida.” The studio apartment I rented was just the perfect size for my needs. The proximity to the beach was perfect and allowed me to avoid the crowded public access points. There are several beachside restaurants just a short walk away and many more just a short drive away. Would definitely select this location to stay again.

Disappointment
We began our visit with confusion over our apartment (room 5 or 4) and spent our first night in 6 and ended up in 8. We expected the room to be small . We did not expect a broken toilet seat, a crumbling wall behind the sink, a bathroom fan that had been disconnected, a kitchen tap with a 25% flow, a dilapidated screen door or a loose downspout outside our unit. The management company listened but did little to address our complaints. For three weeks we boiled water to wash our dishes and I repaired the downspout so that it wouldn’t fly away and damage anything. Worst. This building and location have great potential but repeair and renovatuion are required.

All went well. Very clean unit was easy to find and get into all went well. Very close to beach and restaurants close by and very quiet neighborhood and good neighbors would stayagain this same location this winter!!!Thank you very much

Ok but…..
Small but in nice location. It needs a “sprucing up inside” it didn’t have extra t.p., paper towels and other basic things. Small coffee pot. Very small shower. People need to be thin to be able to shower. Close to the beach!
