“The apartment, beds and facilities are very comfortable. The manager made sure we had the basics when we arrived. The view is stunning. ”

“Great property on the south peninsula. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids. This was perfect for our group. Short walk to Turtle beach. A 15 minute walk to Cockleshell beach and the Reggae beach bar. Kids were able to swim at each of these beaches and enjoy the private pool. The house is showing some wear, but is very clean. Other than our food, the house had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely return here.”

“Great location with view of the Carribean. The dip pool on property is fantastic and the community pool that is just next door is even better. We were able to hang out most afternoons at the community pool by ourselves and the view from the community pool is even better! Will stay again!”

“We chose this villa for the location and views. 5 days before our travel we had message to say villa was no longer available due to renovation work not complete. To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. However, we were disappointed as although the villa was very nice it felt claustrophobic having no where to sit outdoors and surrounded by tall plants and in the middle of the estate. We wrongly assumed……

“This property did not disappoint, fully stocked, lots of room to spread out, beautiful views, nice pool and quiet area. Easily accessible to the whole island and Millicent was extremely helpful whenever we had questions. ”

“Quiet area, close to the beaches, restaurants and grocery. The host was very informative. I would stay there again if it's available when I visit.”

“The property was falsely advertised. There were other perrsons living in the home and the place was not prepared to recieved my husband and i. We were given no instructions or information by the ower and felt out of place and uncomfortable.”

“My partner and I and 3 of our 4 kids (ages 22, 20 and 16) spent a week in Nevis and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cades Bay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy ourselves. The pool was a great treat and every single evening we watched the sunset over the Caribbean in awe! Derek, the property manager, couldn’t have been more helpful or communicative. We arrived late and he was waiting for us and had even thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with eggs,……

“Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!”

“While the accommodations did not ruin our wonderful vacation in St. Kitts there were many disappointing factors. The description of the house online was completely different than the house we rented, and the kitchen had zero amenities. Imagine finding out 3 weeks prior to our trip that this was a shared property and the first night rental was double booked. I am still waiting for a credit for that one night. As a renter I did not realize it was my responsibility to be diligent to monitor……
