“The property was falsely advertised. There were other perrsons living in the home and the place was not prepared to recieved my husband and i. We were given no instructions or information by the ower and felt out of place and uncomfortable.”

“Quite comfortable with solid amenities and a touch of sophisticated modernity. Certainly an ideal for a mix of business and pleasure. Second time staying and still very appreciative of the neatness and generosity of space, as well as the availability and adeptness of the management. Would not have minded spending more time indoors but couldn't because of work. Next time will definitely lean into just relaxing indoors more.”

“Quiet area, close to the beaches, restaurants and grocery. The host was very informative. I would stay there again if it's available when I visit.”

“If you are planning on visiting St Kitts & want a quiet location with wonderful views, stay here! From the start, the communication was wonderful - from the directions, to the pages of information covering restaurant suggestions to beach suggestions to so many other things, we were so well informed before even arriving. The on-site property manager called us when they had a tropical storm roll through so we had up-to-date warnings. Also, the official “make the guests welcome” cat made our stay……

“First, Larry and David are absolutely amazing! I hope to meet them in person someday! Let’s start with cleanliness…I’m a bit of a clean freak and I have to say this is quite literally the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Not that I looked on purpose, but I did drop an earring under the bed and there wasn’t even a speck of dust under there! Next, location location location! Frigate Bay is probably the best place to stay on St. Kitts and SeaLofts is centrally located to grocery stores,……

“Great location with view of the Carribean. The dip pool on property is fantastic and the community pool that is just next door is even better. We were able to hang out most afternoons at the community pool by ourselves and the view from the community pool is even better! Will stay again!”

“The house/property is gorgeous inside and out. The pool is flawless. The insides is immaculate. So much space. Everything is new and clean. Huge kitchen and eating area. Spacious balcony for lounging, music, stargazing, or even sleeping. The island wind is sublime, and prevalent at this property at night. Your drive in and out of the property will be lined with wonderfully cute monkeys. Near so many great restaurants. What else could you ask for?”

“Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!”

“We chose this villa for the location and views. 5 days before our travel we had message to say villa was no longer available due to renovation work not complete. To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. However, we were disappointed as although the villa was very nice it felt claustrophobic having no where to sit outdoors and surrounded by tall plants and in the middle of the estate. We wrongly assumed……

“Great location and spectacular views. Nice yard. The house is spacious and must have been fantastic when it was new. Regretfully, it needs some improvements. Water leaked into dining room when it rained, dishwasher and oven didn’t work, kitchenware old and worn, several cracks in masonry, furniture old, master bedroom AC inadequate (we had to sleep in another bedroom). There’s more, but you get the idea. Also, you have to use about 2 km of rough dirt road to get to it, and when it rains hard……

“This property is second to none. It has plenty of space, nice pool, and is beautifully landscaped. Hopefully you will have the pleasure of meeting the owner as we did, he is a wonderful person and host.”
