The stay was nice and relaxing, kid friendly, with friendly staff. Too many stairs, no elevators but you have transportation if you need it. It was worth the stay. The beach was not nice I did not like the rocks so I utilize the pool. I will. Recommend the hotel for a nice quite vacation.

Upon arrival after 3pm we still had to wait for our room. When we finally got in we had no toiletries in the shower It took 2 days to totally fix this problem. The food was average and repetitive at the buffet. The location is nice and the snorkeling very good. Staff was cheerful. Some of the servers were very good other not so much. Beach service faded as the day when on. Not a bad stay but not the level of a Mexican or Dominican resort

We had a group of 40 for a week for a family wedding on the property. Everything was wonderful! The property was beautiful & well kept. The staff was amazing - courteous, friendly, helpful,... We all had the time of our lives. We all booked excursions through the desk in the lobby and every experience was top notch. I heard no complaints from anyone in our group. We tried all of the restaurants and the food & service was great. Highly recommend Grazi for Italian!

We had a really enjoyable stay at Royalton Grenada and would definitely consider coming back. One of the highlights for us was the swim-out pool—it made the whole experience feel more private and relaxing, and it was perfect for starting or ending the day without having to go far. The butler service was another standout. Our butlers were not only friendly but also very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They were easy to communicate with and added a nice personal touch to the trip. Food and drinks were solid overall. While not extraordinary, there was enough variety to keep things interesting, and we always found something we liked. The drinks were consistently good and easy to access, which definitely helped enhance the vacation vibe. The beach view from our room was beautiful and something we appreciated every day. Waking up to that scenery really set the tone for a relaxing getaway. One thing worth noting is how close the resort is to the airport—about a 5-minute drive. Transportation cost us $12 one way, which was convenient and quick after a long travel day. Despite the proximity, we didn’t hear or see a single plane during our stay, which was a pleasant surprise and didn’t take away from the relaxing atmosphere at all. Overall, Royalton Grenada delivered a great balance of comfort, service, and atmosphere. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a laid-back, enjoyable resort experience with a few standout perks like swim-out p

Prior to arrival there was an email sent by guest services that asked for specifics of the trip, on arrival nothing requested was received. Wrong room type. Female staff was not the most helpful and had odd attitudes. Room service was horrible - orders were always wrong and took longer over an hour. The food options were limited at nibbles bar. Reservations needed to be made 2 days prior for some of the restaurants on property and they were not open every night. Very inconvenient for an all inclusive. There was no compensation or attempt to assist from staff to resolve room issues or restaurant problems.

Service was absolutely the best!! Very friendly and down right sweet,made one feel like family!! Only downside was the food, which ranged from mediocre to awful.

While the staff at the security, front desk, spa and the cafe was very friendly and helpful, the overall experience was very mediocre. There was not much to do, only two pools on site. They have 4 restaurants on site, one which is open every day the other reservations need to be made. As a vegetarian the options were very limited, and sometimes asking to be accommodated on the meals was not met by the staff. The food was ok, the rooms was clean, but the general area around the rooms had items lying around.

Took over one hour 30 min to check in. Food was terrible. Room service had very limited options, took long and sometimes forgot to deliver order. Chicken at the lunch buffet was served with feathers on it. Staff appeared to be nonchalant about issues raised. They offered a romantic dinner to passify but no one came to take us to the dinner dispite calling and front desk and informing that we were dressed and ready. Total disaster. Quite a disappointing experience for a brand that claims to be luxurious.

Amazing, would like authentic food options while on the beach or at the pool. A jerk chicken or raost corn hut would be nice
