The staff were generally helpful however David from the lobby area was particularly helpful. I requested a steamer from day one but had to appeal to David on day 3 to get one.
There is an issue with house cleaning as some days you are left without towels and no coffee in the room. The mini bar was never replenished and only the second day was the bottle water replenished.
A major issue is the late opening of the coffee shop. 7 am is too late and at 7 there is a long line waiting. This is further compounded but only one person manning the shop...at times it was easier to just wait on the buffet to open.
Management should consider placing auto 24/7 coffee machines strategically located about the resort. Just think about something in bld 20 looking for coffee and the distance to trek.
