Things to note:
-Events or gatherings over 20 must be discussed with the owner before booking.
-We do not allow events over 50 people. Events under 50 people ARE allowed. An event fee does apply. Please message for details.
-If others not staying on the property would like to use the home for day use, a fee of $50 per person per day applies.
-A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.
-We keep the pool warmed at 70 degrees but can be warmed up for an additional $75 dollars per day to get it up to 85-90. (2-day minimum).
-The pool is open year-round.
-We do not provide propane so please bring your own or use one of our tanks to fill up in town.
-Our top bunks of our bunk beds are not made. This helps our cleaners with time between guests. Linens, blankets and pillows are provided for your convenience. Beds can be made for an additional fee of $100. Please message at least 48 hours in advance for beds to be made.
-At the end of your stay, we have a list of check-out instructions for you to follow before departure. If you would like to opt-out of this we can have the cleaners do the checkout instructions for $100. Please give at least 48-hour notice.
-There are 2 security cameras on property. One is located above the garage and the other is on the back porch above the back door. These are for security and safety purposes only. Please do not block or turn off for any reason.
