Your tropical paradise awaits in this custom built gorgeous six bedroom, four bathroom home located in Vilano Beach with sleeping accommodations for up to 19 guests! Feel the cool ocean breeze on any of your five spacious balconies while watching the beautiful sunsets over the intracoastal, or relax in the brand new hot tub. You'll find the enormous garage equipped with amenities, sure to result in endless fun for everyone!


We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.


Guests will have access to the entire home minus a few locked closets in the living room and garage.


1st Floor:
- Oversized garage / rec room with a pool table, shuffle board table, basketball game, couch, tv, table & eight chairs, fridge.
- Brand new hot tub
- Bedroom #1 with a king bed, sofa bed, tv, & ensuite bathroom. This room is off of the garage and separate from the main living area of the home.

- Bedroom #2. Primary suite with a king bed, tv, balcony (outdoor sofa), ensuite bathroom featuring an oversized jacuzzi. Separate office space with a desk, chair and sofa bed.

- Bedroom #4 (queen bed) with balcony access
- Bedroom #5 (full over full bunk bed with twin trundle)

Standard occupancy is limited to 10 adults plus children under 12.

Golf cart available for $35/night for the duration of stay. Please inquire if interested in adding this to a reservation.

Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.

Disclosure: There is a camera facing the driveway in order to monitor parking.
