Plenty if room to celebrate Christmas with family, quick walk to the beach and only about 20 minutes from downtown. Many good restaurants choices close by, grocery is within minutes. We had a great time..

Memorial weekend vacation
My family and myself had the best experience staying here we definitely will be staying here again in the future it’s very convenient to the beach and restaurants the whole house just works for all my guest plenty of room for everyone and as soon as you walk in the door you can smell how clean and new it is I highly recommend if you need a place for a large family this is the place and I want to thank the property manager for all ways helping with any questions I had in a very professional and courteous time frame

St Augustine Trip
We were here for 60th birthday celebrations. Maritime place was the perfect setting. We could not have been happier. Ideal location for all St Augustine has to offer. Including short walks to fun restaurants/pubs and of course the beach. It is a beautiful area. The unit was immaculately clean, comfortable and well kept. We enjoyed cocktails on the upstairs decks. ITrip gave us A+ service and we thank them much for all they did
