"The furniture was old and a few pieces were broken (living room chairs). The apartment was not as clean as I would have wanted it. For how much they charge per night, I expected more. On the positive side, it was a large apartment in a great location. Some updating and deep cleaning, would make this a great apartment."

"The apartment is very clean, located in a very convent part of Poznan only 20 mins from the airport in an Uber. Very easy access to the apartment using the joining instructions sent via email. "The apartment on Dominikańska was absolutely excellent! The location couldn't be more perfect—walking distance to everything you could possibly need. You truly don’t need a car when staying here. This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. "Overall stay was very good apartment was very clean & central to all our needs while offering all basic essentials needed for a short stay, only issue we had was the apartment was very cold especially at night & the heating didn’t seem to work or was just set to 22.5 so didn’t really warm the apartment up at all but other then at it was awesome & I would definitely recommend it it others & hopefully return one day. "We just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. First of all let me say for the price we paid you couldn’t get a hostel room in London. So to get a property so close to the centre of poznan with a big room and great facilities is incredible. We arrived late afternoon and check in was easy and fuss free. Our room was huge! As was the bathroom. It was two beds made up to one but that didn’t lower the quality of the room or its facilities. Very close to town and local transport links. After a night in the old town we had a really good nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and great quality and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended "

"Perfect location for us and a great price. Step outside the hotel and a tram stop is opposite and the start of the old town square is just about in view with about a 5 minute stroll to it. Staff were friendly, helpful and happy to provide extra pillows, teabags and milk. Id definitely stay again."

"Location was ok. Beside a busy few roads and a bit of a walk from the old town. Was very handy to an old brewery shopping mall though. The room was spotless and decent size. eat at the hotel but the coffees in the hotel were expensive compared to local cafes. Staff never told us of the Poznan card which would have saved money on the trams and events. But apart from that very happy with the hotel these are very minor complaints. "
