“We have stayed at many rentals, and this is by far our favorite! We discovered it during Covid and we keep going back. It was so special and so comfortable and we find new things to do in every season. Bette is the kindest host ever and her helpers are excellent as well. We had a beautiful snowy weekend and she made sure we were safe and plowed out. She is always making improvements to this beautiful place and sometimes we even miss the days that WIFI was spotty lol. It is cabin perfection and……

“We had a great time at this quite but beautiful house The deck and hot tub were epic !!!”

“Beautiful, clean, and entertaining home! Great for families. Hosts were very responsive - even though I had to book at the last minute. The pictures represented the home perfectly, which is not always the case when booking accommodations based only on what you see online.”

“I came here with my 19 yo son and our pup, and it was exactly the quiet getaway we were looking for. A two minute walk to the beach and a short ride to Buffalo - there was enough to do while still being peaceful. The next door neighbors were also very friendly.”

“Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“This house was wonderful! It was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen! We loved being able to walk to the downtown area and we were just a short drive to Holiday Valley for our kids to ski! This house provided plenty of space for everyone and having three bathrooms was a bonus!! We had so much fun and would book here again!”

“After a mere 16 years, I finally convinced family to come up for the Fall Fest festivities and this house was the cherry on top. It is in a great location to the main hub of Ellicottville, easy walking distance or a super cheap Uber ride. Even to Holiday Valley, the walk is super doable. The house was big enough with extra room for 12 adults and a dog. While the open concept is awesome for the views, it is a little loud for anyone sleeping on the second floor. But that wouldn’t deter me from……
