“Pleasantly surprised by the corner shower. Roomy, updated, sleek, nice. Reasons for not getting 5 stars: - zero toiletries without warning - door was a bit banged up and a gap was visible at the bottom right corner - the front desk person SAW me come in and walked out the other door without acknowledging me. There was a sign at the late-check-in window "will be back in 10 minutes or less", which she was, but it would have taken her 10 seconds to say "give me a minute I got to help a guest with……

“Two relatively minor things weren't great...there was more hallway noise if someone was talking as they walked by, and the coffee in the lobby area was not "real" coffee...a vending machine that dispensed per individual order. The room coffee wasn't any better. But the rooms were comfy, tv channels were generous in selection, and everything else was top notch. Most of all, though, major kudos for accepting multiple dogs. Thank you for that!!!!”

“My grandchildren live in Springfield; this is our go to place to stay. Always clean, comfortable, friendly helpful staff and they have fresh cookies!”

“Was disappointed that it had a kitchen but no dishes or silverware and no sign stating you could rent them. But for a super budget hotel it least had a micro and refrigerator.”
