“Nice”

“Although the house is very small, it was very clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized, and the house had everything needed and more. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.”

“If you need an affordable trip with tons of things to do, this is a great place to stay. Tons of great restaurants and activities all in walking distances. Clean and comfy for a night in too. Only con we experienced is an extremely soft mattress but that’s subjective and doesn’t affect ta perfect 10/10 rating. ”

“Our family had a very nice stay. The walk down the hill to town was lovely, quiet safe neighborhood, cozy home. There were not a lot of outlets so that was a bit of a challenge at night for phone and watch charging. It was an old house but very clean. The one bedroom bed was pretty uncomfortable but the other 2 were lovely. All in all, great spot and would stay there again. ”

“This amazing property was beautiful, clean, and accurate to the description. We had just about everything we needed and the host made us all feel so welcome. We had a special request at check in and they responded quickly and listened. I would recommend to anyone staying in Xenia or close by!”

“The property was exactly as described. It was comfortable and the kitchen was nice. The washer and dryer was huge and updated. We liked the streaming options on the tv.”

“This was a nice little house to stay in for a night instead of getting a hotel room. Less expensive and more space! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. Just being picky but the fan in the one bedroom moves a lot and was quite noisy but it was fine. Would stay here again!”

“Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!”
