With four bedrooms and two baths spread across three stories, this 1911 Craftsman home is a fantastic value for large groups. We are pet-friendly, so even your dog is welcome! The Garland House is also family friendly, a twin-sized trundle bed is provided in the attic space (with an additional twin-sized pullout mattress) as well as a play area so there is plenty of space for kids!

Main floor hosts living room, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom and second bedroom (both outfitted with queen-sized beds). Downstairs is the basement with the other two bedrooms and additional bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a fully finished attic space with a twin-sized trundle bed that is a great space for kids not only to sleep but also to hang out.

The property is located one block from The Garland District where you'll find restaurants, bars, antique/thrift shops, coffeeshops, and even a vinyl record store.
