"continently located. free airport shuttle and free parking. It ALSO has shuttle services for the the nearby area from the hotel - which is perfect for us. the only minor point is that it didn’t have house keeping for the weekends, which were exactly the three nights we stayed. "

"I’ve wrote to the hotel three weeks before the arrival and no reply at all. When arrived, you need to call for the shuttle bus, unless other brands, this hotel shared with some other small motels and has fixed schedule that sometime doesn’t meet your schedule. When we arrive hotel finally at 22:00, the front desk didn’t show any hospitality and I was just like talking to a robot. The worse part, there was thunder that night and all the power supplies all of sudden shut down. There was no flashlight available and none in the hotel can explain. The worse part came- they didn’t have emergency power supply so we carried 6 70lb luggages down from 3rd floor with kids… our trip was ruined even before it starts ( we transit via Houston) and the hotel stuffs didn’t care or ever show any emphasis or even try to provide any more information. "
