The kitchen boasts ample meal prep space and efficient appliances. Here, you can cook delicious dishes and serve them to your family at the adjacent dining room table. Thanks to the home's central air-conditioning, you'll never be uncomfortable. Be sure to utilize the private washer/dryer when your clothes need to be refreshed.
A true focal point of the home, you will spend lots of time on the water-view deck. Here, you can relax, visit, grill, and take in sweeping views of the gorgeous Texas scenery. The ending to another perfect day can be spent around the firepit, looking up at the stars and chatting about the memories you've made thus far.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
