“My husband and I came down from Maryland to pick our son up from Florida Institute of Technology and bring him home for the summer. Last April we stayed over in side "A" for a few days which was nice and just enough space. Staying in side "B" was a little more spacious for us. We love the location beings it's so close to campus and less than 10 minutes from beach and shopping. Lee Ann is a great host and communicates extremely well with us!”

“We were overall very disappointed in our stay. We actually left an entire day and night early. If there are occupants in the unit above you, don’t plan on getting much sleep. You can hear everything going on above you, down to foot steps. To describe this condo as “luxury” is also inaccurate. A neighbor told us someone recently renovated the building but it was cheaply done. There’s also not an oven. The proximity to the beach is wonderful.”

“Delightful little place with good views of the river. The place has been recently updated. It has limited cooking facilities but that was not problem for me. There is a small park close by on the river with picnic areas, boardwalks and piers to fish from. Half a mile away I took a kayak tour with Paddling Paradise of Turkey Creek sanctuary. it was a wonderful way to see how Florida was 50 years ago... we saw dolphin, manatees, alligators, many turtles and beautiful birds. I was a very good stay!”

“We enjoyed our time in the Dune Sunrise Villa. The property was very nice, access to the beach was amazing and would definitely recommend renting. The unit is part of a larger quad-plex that occupies the majority of the ground level making access ideal for those who don’t want to go up and down stairs. This would have been a 5 star review if we didn’t have issues with the buildings’s FACP alarm going off in the middle of the night’s we were there and the refrigerator not keeping our food cold……
