"We had 4 couples with kids and had plenty of space. Nice patio and garage area with games. Access to the Lake was walking distance with a boat dock. House had everything you would need. Will stay here again if back in the area. "

"We loved our stay at Jessica’s cabin. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for us 4 adults and 1 child. They even had toys for our 1 year old! The place is in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of a park and Monarch Cove. We would definitely stay again. "

"This is the perfect place to stay if you're towing boats into the Okoboji area and planning to fish all day and just need a place to cook and crash at night. We towed three boats down, and the parking area was large enough to fit all our trucks and trailers—possibly even more. The bunk room had more than enough beds for the three of us. The host, Brian, was very kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again."

However, the description incorrectly listed beds as being queens that were actually full(one upstairs, one downstairs). Also, one of the basement bed frames was broken which created a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. "The unit is absolutely beautiful. The view of the lake is wonderful. Communication with the owner was easy, he was very responsive. We loved that there were extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, laundry soap, dish soap, the list continues. We would definitely go back!!! "
