“Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Only complaint was being in a room next to the exit door. Heard the door slam every time someone came in or out. ”

“I liked how close it was to everything. Lots of places to eat close by. The bed though was very uncomfortable and hard. Also, they did not have extra pillows for the pullout couch. ”

“The front desk woman was extremely courteous, cheerful and helpful. We had some difficulty with the TV in the room, and after trying a different remote control with new batteries the problem wasn't corrected. She offered to move us to a new room, but we wouldn't have been viewing the TV for very long, so we opted to remain where we were. She thereupon gave us vouchers for breakfast the next morning, which was very considerate. We were very pleased with the service, and she was a very nice……
