“Cute and secluded. It was clean and cozy. Very responsive owner. Just something to consider for future guests, it is a basement apartment below a family with small children. Also, you will not have control over the thermostat, so anytime you want to change the temperature, you must tex the owner. Street parking was hard to find and at times we had to walk a couple of blocks, which is not good for an 80-year-old man. Otherwise, it was just what was needed for a place close to the hospital.”

“Easy to find with its own driveway and address, this basement apartment is surprisingly light and bright, cheerfully decorated and with lots of thoughtful touches like cottonballs and tea/coffee/hot chocolate. Shower works great and stays warm, a/c kept us cool and curtains helped us sleep well. There are people upstairs, so great of they are quiet. We had a problem at checkin with the code not working, but we got it resolved in time to stay o. Owner has good communication. Overall, would……
