“Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short overnight during a road trip. Some suggestions for future improvements. 1) upgrade bathroom shower2) make the kitchen floor level3) eliminate musty odor throughout home. 4) Repair/replace screen door on backdoor. 5) tighten screws/fasteners for living room coffee table (wobbles and unstable)”

“Stayed here when visiting my sister. My husband and our two small children. Was plenty of space and big yard to run around. Close to everything we needed to be near. Nice house and thanks for letting us visit.”

“Had a great time and the space was very accomodating.When we arrived there was water leak under the sink and we had not experienced a touchless faucet so had to call. Would have been nice to have a little notecard by the sink to tell you how to use it. Also expected an explanation to what to do when we depart but did not see anything in writing so had to message and get instructions.”

“We have stayed with Kathy several times and her homes never disappoint. They are clean and welcoming in a beautiful rural setting. The fact that they are the closest rentals to our son and DIL is the icing on the cake. Kathy is excellent at communication and I know we will stay at Shepherd's Rest again.”
