“Wonderful professional and Friendly Front Desk personnel for a late check in. There was hot coffee available to take off the edge from a very cold night. Complimentary breakfast was nice with variable items to suit different tastes. Cleanliness was top tier overall throughout the hotel and especially in the room. “We were placed at the end of the hall near the exit, which made it easy to walk my two dogs. There’s plenty of grassy area outside and I felt safe walking them at night. I had a problem with my reservation, which was Expedia’s fault not the property’s. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation. It took several minutes to get a representative from Expedia, but as soon as I did, my issue was resolved quickly and professionally by both the Expedia……

“The room had issues. The refrigerator would only freeze not just refrigerate. The room phone did not work was missing an iron board no Internet for Wi-Fi. Even the hotel staff could not figure out how to fix the hotel Wi-Fi, which was in operative for almost the entire duration of a three day stay. This was a significant inconvenience. The TV only had 25 channels to choose from. The dining room coffee was lukewarm at best. cleanliness and spaciousness of the room were the best things.……
