“My family and I absolutely loved this VRBO. If I was younger (I’m now retired) and needed an apartment, this is EXACTLY what I would be looking for. The bedroom with the pink accents was my favorite. Very clean, nice neighborhood, felt safe. Would definitely love to stay here again if I’m in the area. One thing….i am short, 5’ tall, perhaps a small stepping stool to get onto the beds would be a nice touch.”

“We enjoyed our overnight stay at “Our Little House on the Corner.” We were in town for one night to attend a wedding, and the house had everything we (5 of us) needed. Beds were comfortable, communication with owner was exceptional, and ease of checking in and checking out was excellent. Highly recommend.”

“We waited a little late to make our reservation for the festival in Ashland KY and had an hour drive both ways. Turned out to be very fortuitous! We loved the property! Wonderful accommodations! Nice three room upstairs apartment in an old historic house by the river. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of fun history in the small town of Point Pleasant. Don’t miss The Mothman statue and museum!”

“Overall, this was a great house for our needs. We had 4 adults and 4 young kids. The house was very clean and the property manager was readily available for all our questions and even swung by the house when we had trouble with the AC. The views are stunning and we enjoyed seeing cows roam across the property. The couple downsides that kept this from a 5 star review. The initial communications sent from evolve weren’t accurate which led to our first call to the property manager. The evolve……
