“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”

“I was delighted with the Lodge. Our basic studio room had a great kitchen, and all the silverware and utensils and pot and pans. Coffee maker is a standard drip type. Bathroom was adequate and had a jacuz,i tub. (Did not use it) Both the roll out bed and queen size were comfortable. Storage space adequate for two guys with ski gear. Ski locker down the hall. Very nice clubroom with 3 outdoor jacuzzis, and inside with kitchen lounge chairs, exercise bikes and a dry sauna. The Red Dog ski lift is……

“The property managers were pleasant and available to assist us in checking in and accessing the property. The lodgings were clean, but spartan. Kitchenette seemed like it was missing glassware (only one wine glass), could have used more towels. There wasn't much atmosphere to the property and the shared features such as the rooftop deck could have used much more attention to make it inviting. Overall, clean and servicable, but spartan. Loved the easy access to parking and the beach!”
