「It was clean and easy to get check in and out after hours. I will for sure be staying again. 」

「We got to stay in the upgraded condos! They were beautiful! I had never stayed in the A and B side! Each of one of us had basically an apartment to ourselves. 」

「Lots of outdoor space and beds / bedrooms. Common area inside is a little tight for large groups but lots of seating on both decks and poolside. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The mini fridge at the wet bar helped with trips from upstairs to the grill. Close to harris teeter and food lion.」

「Location of this property in kill Devil Hills is fantastic if you want to be close to town and directly on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony with the sun on us, looking at the ocean. Unfortunately, there is no hot tub as listed and the pool is seasonal only, although this is not indicated. The washer and dryer are not in the unit, but on the bottom floor in an unmarked area. The front porch is lovely. Unfortunately during our stay the entire condo complex was getting their smoke alarms...

The property is perfectly located in central OBX with close access to beach, Roanoke Island, several nature preserves and most of the shopping areas. We have appreciated and enjoyed the clean, attractive and luxurious interior of this apartment. Everything we need is provided with an eye to quality. Bikes and kayaks are a bonus feature. The host has been quite helpful over the years. We are looking forward to another stay here.」

「The house was great. Perfect for our group. TVs in 2 of the rooms we couldnt get to work bur didnt care because we were on vacation. We didnt complain just didnt use them. Location was awesome except for right by the semi busy street. Overall great stay in a great house.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay with our pups. It was a spacious, clean home with all the necessary amenities and communication with the host was prompt. Location can’t be beat with the beach across the street. We had a wonderful time, and would highly recommend. 」

「This house was so cute and the perfect size for our family of 4. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The location was good, but not a suitable walk to the beach. The hangout spot underneath the deck was our favorite place to chill. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed. The only negative was the outdoor shower, the floorboards were all loose and busted, you could easily get hurt if not very careful. Other than that, we had a great time!」

「Overall everything was fine. No major issues with anything. We were there for a short family visit and this place allows dogs so we could bring our pup. Wi-Fi would periodically go out. So trying to watch anything online or the tv sometimes was a hassle. Other than that it was fine. 」

「Only complaints are that we constantly had to ask for towels in the pool area and the hot tub was so hot that you could not get in it. We asked twice for it to be adjusted and several people at the pool said they had went to the desk and asked the day before as well one of the men said the front desk told him “it is a hot tub isn’t it”. 」
