“We travel to the sandhills a few times a year for golf. There’s something nice about being connected to what has come before. Called the “cradle of golf, it was home to the famous course designer, Donald Ross. This cottage has a historical link to golf and golfers who came to the area. It is updated and well appointed. It is situated among long needle pines and the fragrance they emit. Of many “vrbo’s” we’ve used in the area, we like this one best. Can’t wait to come back. ”

“I’ve stayed here ”

“We had a wonderful stay in Southern Pines at the SoPi Cottage. The property was very clean and well appointed. It was also extremely quiet and in a great location. Chris and Crystal were excellent in terms of communication and making sure we had what needed. A overall, and we will be back. ”

“Great house located very close to Pinehurst golf and tennis facilities. ”

“Very comfortable and clean. Location was close and we took the Pinehurst shuttles from the Holly inn which was a 2 minute walk. Plenty of beds and rooms. Kitchen stocked with paper products/ trash bags/paper towels/spices and plenty of cooking and serving dishes. Laundry room stocked with detergent and dryer sheets even a first aid kit that came in handy. The pool table was fun and they had plenty of puzzles and board games. The pool and grill area was perfect and relaxing and pool towels were……

“The little carriage house is situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants in the historic district of Pinehurst. We quite enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and is as listed. Only issue, as we are older, is that the stairs are steep with narrow treads. Recommend. ”
