“Sandra was a great host and IMMEDIATELY responded to ally our inquiries. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! Plenty of places to enjoy morning coffee outside. It was an easy walk to beach! We even found a bagel shop! ”

“Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. ”

“Wonderful location, beautiful views across the lake. House was very clean, downstairs shower had two shower heads, no shortage of hot water when all showers were used. We brought two boats and 8 people show up (one couple and 6 singles). Everything was very comfortable, Wi-Fi worked great, nice apple orchard down the road that also sells fire wood ($60 for pickup load). We parked two trucks with trailers and 5 other cars across the street and in the driveway. It’s a dead end road with……

“We had an amazing stay at this property for the week. We are a family of 4 plus a small dog. 2 bedrooms were perfect for the kids upstairs and my husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. Perfect for a small family! We were within an hour to so much and our stay was just perfect. We rented kayaks from Ski Works who were also great. Great trip and we would absolutely rent again! Carol & Gene are great!”

“The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.”

“Sportsman's Pond and Blueberry Cottage provided the ideal location for disconnecting from the noise and busyness of every day life. The pond was beautifully serene, without outboard motors, jet skis, etc. The fall colors were gorgeous. The hosts provided every sort of watercraft one might want. “This place was perfect for our weekend stay with our 3 small dogs. We loved the beautiful lake view, the large deck with bbq and the firepit in the front yard. It is so hard to find a nice place that will allow us to bring our 3 small dogs. Peter was very friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.”
