“This bungalow suited us perfectly. Reading the previous reviews, I can see the host has acted on most comments and improved things for the next visitor. I was pleased to see tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. The air conditioning was amazing once you give it time to work. Decor is lovely. Free Starlink wifi was fantastic. Location is great, although is tucked behind the front bungalow so it doesn’t have wide views of the ocean, which didn’t bother us as it was a bit safer for our young child.……

“As listed this was a good place for our family with 4 kids (15,12,7,4). Some minor improvements would make it 5 stars. No toilet paper on arrival, couldn't locate pool pump to clean it, blunt knives, and a user manual for the home is always helpful.All in all this is a good home and I'd happily recommend it to others. “A little oasis in lush gardens, a lovely private pool area and all the amenities set up for a perfect laid back island holiday. Neil is a wonderful host and super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the upper level 2 bed apartments which is large, comfortable and perfect to chill on the huge balcony. Just perfect. Rarotonga is a beautiful island with loads of beach bars, restaurants and activities by day. A trip to Aitutaki is a MUST. See you next time Neil! Suze n Tracy”

“This was a great property for 2 adults & 4 teenagers, nice and spacious with everything we needed. The pool was used every day and was great for cooling off in the heat of the day. Charlie’s restaurant and the beach was a nice 10 minute walk away ”

“The property is quaint does not have all the bells and whistels of resorts, however the location is great and the staff was very helpfull. The price for my stay was very reasonable. I rented a car for my weeks stay, I would suggest that it makes your vacation very enjoyable. The owner Vaiana George and the Fijian lady very helpful. I would reccomend the Hiddem Gem for a budget vacation. ”
