“Everything was good except the bed was awful. it was a spring mattress that caves in when you sit on it. When you lay in it, the mattress is sloped to the left so you can tell thats the side that all the guests sleep on because its close to the night stand and theres a chair and ottoman that kinda blocks you from getting in on the right side. Not just this one, but ALL hotels should rotate their mattresses to prevent this from happening. Also, I understand that theyre cheaper but spring……

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“Check in was a hassel front desk person was not nice or professional i had informed her i was extending my stay and she was very rude about how i had to proceed. Morning staff was quite the opposite she was kind and professional took care of everything with no problems and kept me in my room. She saved the trip experience for me. ”
