“REALLY nice apartment! Comfy and well stocked with bedding, pots and pans, towels etc. Its an old house, which I love, but the floor creaks so don't plan on sneaking in the kitchen for a midnight snack! We had a super great time and definitely would come back to this apartment!”

“This is a great place with a beautiful view! It has everything you need for cooking and serving! The place was very clean and neat. The young people loved the pool. The only problem we had was several hornets nests, which caused three little kids to get stung. We bought spray and sprayed the nests.”

“Parking right at the door was convenient when we arrived after dark. All the rooms had everything we needed. Everything was clean. Plenty of outlets for charging etc. Great view of the river from indoors. Sliding door opens to deck with steps down to the yard and right down to the water. Very quiet neighborhood. ”

“My sister and I stay in lots of VRBOs, and we agree that this may be the best one we have ever stayed in. Everything was excellent. Great kitchen, great bathroom with washer and dryer, two bedrooms with very comfortable beds, great deck with a view of the river, great selection of movies to watch. We slept with the windows open. It was nice and cool. There was really no outside noise (who has ever been in a town with no traffic noise). We were close to the river, close to a hotel with wine and……

“We're just a bunch of picky old ladies...well 3 of us were anyway. Just a few minor things like the sheets on the beds need to be replaced. They seemed pretty well used. Not thrilled about the step from the living room to the dining area. Yard looked pretty neglected but thankfully didn't have any children to play outside. Master bedroom floor has a definite sagging problem. Would liked to have had TV's in the bedrooms. Otherwise, the house was very clean and kitchen equipped with……

“This is a great location right on the Mississippi River and a short drive to Nauvoo and Keokuk for groceries and food. The home is VERY clean and has all the necessary amenities, lots of games and all the fun things. Our family LOVED staying in this home and loved visiting Nauvoo. ”
