The apartment is a short drive or walk from Southford Falls State Park, which makes this a great location for those interested in hiking and enjoying nature.

The apartment sits on the second floor with a little over 1,000/sqf, its own main private front entrance and an emergency exit on the other side of the apartment that leads to a hallway to the other side of the building.
