“We have been to Imperial Beach Several times before. We love the area and loved this condo. Right on the ocean, quiet with beautiful views. A short walk to everything one would need.”

“After getting through all of the instructions and codes for this, that, and the other thing, just to get going in the unit, we thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do while there giving us lots of time to relax and enjoy sitting on the balcony which was calming, despite all the (surprisingly quiet) activity all around, including sailing, water skiing, beach volleyball, dog walking, etc.. Great for people-watching! We loved it and have discussed……

The unit and furniture shows some age but everything is nice enough and clean. The location and views more than make up for it. Would highly recommend and would stay again!”
