“Rooms were basic but very clean suited us just fine. The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable; we have stayed at many Caribbean hotels and know not to expect super comfy beds but this one I think was hardest and most uncomfortable. Staff were very sweet and accommodating. The private beach area was very nice with use of chairs and umbrella. Nice location near the strip for many food options!”

“We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa and visiting St Kitts! We highly recommend a trip to Nevis! We hiked the volcano on St Kitts, took in Lobster Fest at Reggae Beach, dined at Spice Mill, Arthur’s, Ship Wreck, Marshall’s, and another stop on the Frigate strip. The kitchen at the Villa was perfect for prepping breakfast and lunch and enjoying it on the patio. The views are spectacular! “The room was large & cleaned everyday. Staff was friendly & helped get the bags to the room. On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. “At first arrival we thought it was a little “rough”, but after seeing other places we could have stayed, this was a great place for the price. Best part was it was within walking distance of many restaurants, the Marriott resort and the “strip” (Caribbean beach with restaurants)… we will stay there again for the value.”

“很遺憾。我們線上刷卡了。也取得訂單編號了，按照入住之前打電話給飯店。一直都是語音找不到人。到達飯店因無別的客人未營業。在飯店門口再打電話終於聯絡到飯店人員，他竟然說沒收到HOTELS.COM的通知未準備所以拒絕我入住。即使拿訂單給他看他也還是堅持未準備，拒絕接待客人。在晚上9點多也累了只好請taxi司機載到附近找旅館。真是惡質態度飯店。希望HOTELS.Com. 趕快查明退費還我”
