“C’est la deuxième fois que je loue cet endroit, valeur sûre malgré les chambres ouvertes en mezzanine qui n’isolent pas du bruit. L’emplacement est idéal. Depuis un an il y a des paddles et kayaks en plus…Seul hic cette année : un ventilateur HS, mais on a pu dormir sur la terrasse pour avoir moins chaud ! Propriétaire très reactif, qui va faire quelques travaux de rénovation.”

“We had a wonderful time during our stay. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for preparing food during the hot weather, and the pool was an ideal location to lounge while taking in the epic vista! Fred was a wealth of knowledge, always quick to respond, a fantastic host all around! ”

“This bungalow suited us perfectly. Reading the previous reviews, I can see the host has acted on most comments and improved things for the next visitor. I was pleased to see tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. The air conditioning was amazing once you give it time to work. Decor is lovely. Free Starlink wifi was fantastic. Location is great, although is tucked behind the front bungalow so it doesn’t have wide views of the ocean, which didn’t bother us as it was a bit safer for our young child.……

“We had an excellent stay at Veia's beautiful home in Moorea. Communication was good after booking and check-in was smooth. The home itself was beautiful, with incredible panoramic views looking out at the bay and the mountains. Wonderful stargazing at night. Great location close to groceries, restaurants and the public beach. Banana bread in the fridge was a lovely touch and we appreciated the friendly dog Koa that would visit and keep us company on the porch. As other reviews have noted, the……

“The Kori Kori House was perfect for our stay on Fakarava. Turia was the perfect host and extremely helpful. She arranged airport pick up and drop off taxi service through Fakarava yacht services. She arranged a half day blue lagoon excursion that was one of the best excursions of our trip. The excursion company was Rotoava exursion. Highly recommend both the Kori Kori house and the excursion company. The Kori Kori house is very close to the lagoon with its own strip of beach and kayaks……

“As listed this was a good place for our family with 4 kids (15,12,7,4). Some minor improvements would make it 5 stars. No toilet paper on arrival, couldn't locate pool pump to clean it, blunt knives, and a user manual for the home is always helpful.All in all this is a good home and I'd happily recommend it to others. “Nice bungalow just across from the lagoon and by a nice restaurant. Quiet and relaxing. Older property but well equipped and maintained. The only negative is that the bedroom had AC but the temperature was not able to be lowered and it was a little warmer than we wanted. Still I would recommend the place. Good value.”

“My adult son and I, have just returned to Auckland, after attending a family wedding in Rarotonga. We had the good fortune to stay at the Arcadia Retreat for a week. This has been the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. It was quiet, set in a beautiful tropical garden setting, close to the beach and some eateries. The accommodation was very clean and well set out. Neil, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thanks Neil. Ingrid and Matt. ”

“This was a great property for 2 adults & 4 teenagers, nice and spacious with everything we needed. The pool was used every day and was great for cooling off in the heat of the day. Charlie’s restaurant and the beach was a nice 10 minute walk away ”

“The property is quaint does not have all the bells and whistels of resorts, however the location is great and the staff was very helpfull. The price for my stay was very reasonable. I rented a car for my weeks stay, I would suggest that it makes your vacation very enjoyable. The owner Vaiana George and the Fijian lady very helpful. I would reccomend the Hiddem Gem for a budget vacation. ”

“Our host Lovina was so nice and accommodating. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She made us feel right at home. The property is right on a magnificent black sand beach that has wonderful snorkeling and kayaking or paddle boarding. Lovina provided us with all the equipment we need to do everything on the beach. You can also borrow her snorkeling gear and mats for the beach if you plan to go to other beaches (which we did). The property is conveniently located near……
