The hotel itself is beautifully redone. I had paid for an upgrade to a King Suite before our arrival. The TV in the bedroom did not work, so that was unfortunate.
I stayed there for a total of 3 nights (Fri check-in to Monday check-out). My original stay was to check out on Sunday. I wasn't told about the food/beverage credit until I checked out, so I missed out on that- it would have been great if they had communicated that at check-in. Then on the day of check-out, the person working the front desk asked to charge the card on file, and I said Can you confirm the amount He got upset and answered, "THE FULL AMOUNT YOU AUTHORIZED." Yeah...that was a turn off from returning. As of yet (36 hours past checkout), I have yet to receive a confirmation or receipt for the breakdown.
I did enjoy the hotel, but the other things that occurred would make me second-guess returning there.
