The hotel is nice, newly renovated, and within walking distance of the Heavenly Gondola, shopping, and dining. While the hotel itself is 5-star, the valet service is closer to a 3-star experience. They double-charged us during our stay, but thankfully, I reviewed my receipt in person before leaving. Max at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and even waived the resort fee as compensation for the inconvenience.
