“Ellen Kensignton is brand new, beautiful and spotless clean. The location is also great and reception staff were nice! There were 2 negative points though: the room was too small (it's ok for 1 person but small for 2). When you book in hotrels.com it doesn't say the size (in sq metres), only that there is a kind bed. The photos in hotels.com platform were photos of obviously bigger rooms (but in the category that I chose to book). The 2nd point is that the FIRE ALARM goes off every time a guest……
