“Although it was a quiet area, the view of walls leading into a alley as your first look while leaving the property isnt the best. The secondary shower might work if you're 5 foot and dont have to turn around.... yes, its thats small.... honest opinion- not worth the $...”

“We never received a code to get in until 2-3 hrs later, I had read about the mold on the walls & broken ac & was assured everything was fixed, the air didn’t work for 2 days, frig didn’t close unless pushed in on bottom, mold in closet & above frig. I cloroxed the wall in bedroom so it felt safer to sleep in myself & washer always unbalanced. Great location but a lot of work!”

“Loved there was supplies that was provided for extra cleaning while I was in the unit. It had a great view for fire works display with out being up close and personal. Loved the area as there was local cultural gift shops as well as grocery stores. The host provided gentle reading Incase there was a day I didn't want to watch TV. Loved the is place and will be hoping to do this next stay with my family.”

“only reason this is lower is because i was a single female traveler. parking at night more then 3 blocks from the hotel is not safe for single females in philly. Also had issues with the only parking garage and parking spot hero trying (this is not the fault of expedia or the hotel!) just makes it frustrating trying to find parking not limited to 1hr on the street”

“Lovely little well-appointed apartment. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, new appliances. A coffee maker and coffee! Easy 3 block walk to beach and boardwalk. Perfect for me! I hope to come back again!”

“This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents……
