“We were in Winfield for a funeral and this VRBO gave us a great place for our family to stay together. The house is clean, it is in a quiet neighborhood, and all the essentials are provided. ”

“Great property! We loved the historic property. Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. The bonus was that my dad had worked at Petit Cleaners in the late 1950s, so hearing stories about the building was a joy.”

“Great property and location. I was worried about being able to sleep with the property on Main St. which is Highway 81. However, the rooms are at the back and insulated as I did not hear any street noise. Bed was very comfortable. Good living room space. has a full-size refrigerator, microwave.”

“This is our third time staying here over the last three years, i have no complaints. It is always very well stocked with pot, pans ect. Very clean. The AC was great, we always do bring fans with us but we always have fans running at home too. Always stay here when in arkcity.”

“This is a very nice place for the casual stay or in my case the business traveler. My only concern is the fact there are no window coverings. It was rather odd , it felt a bit like being in a fish bowl especially after dark. ”

“Had an excellent stay, just me and my little dog. Room clean, quiet, bed comfortable, young man who checked me in was very nice, good personality. The gas station next door has good sandwiches, burgers and pizzas. One website said it was booked so tried another site and got a room reservation. They were not full.
