“Best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything is thought through, from parking untill the spa. Very friendly administators and rest of staff. Jacuzzi in the room with thermal water - dont think anywhere else you can find that. Spa - excellent. Thermal park - excellent. Food in the restaurant - excellent. Breakfast you can have outside in the park with fresh foods and cappuccino. The property itself is taken care of very good. Basically you stay in the palace and get to feel all the beauty of……

“Lovely hotel. Staff at the desk were lovely and extremely helpful as we did get ants coming in and they resolved it straight away. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection. You would need a car to get around as the closest town was around a 50 minute walk. They have a large car park which was helpful. We did eat one evening there and we were a little disappointed with the service as they kept forgetting us. Overall it was a lovely stay and would recommend ”

“Positive: Room is clean and reasonable size, breakfast has good selection, staff speaks good english. Negative: Lack of adaptors, definitely need cars to live in this place because it is far away from everywhere, late check in 3:00pm.”

“Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). ”

“An sich eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Die Zimmer/Appartements sehr geräumig. Leider teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Hier sollte früh genug investiert werden. Personal freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet war bei letzten Aufenthalten abwechslungsreicher. Wer Hunde liebt und diese in größerer Menge toleriert, ist hier richtig, da diese toleriert werden. Allerdings will ich keine Haustiere vor mir im Bett oder Zimmer haben. Ebenso wenig die Hinterlassenschaften in den Grünanlagen der Anlage. ”

“Accommodation was great for what we needed, views from accommodation very beautiful. Staff in Reception very good and helpful. One of the main men in the restaurant obviously didnt like non Italian guests and made us feel uncomfortable and an inconvenience. Apart from that we had a great stay. ”
